Hi all,
After months of browsing this wonderful forum, I finally got round to joining up. We built our oven just after easter, its now drying out and we've managed some small drying fires. A big thank you to everyone who's contributed to the forum, its been great to see everyone's build threads, I'll get round to putting one together soon.
If anyone is based in the north-east theres a pizza competion at Wylam Brewery at Newcastles exhibition park, on the 4th & 5th May - basically loads of vendors selling pizza. I've been to the curry one and the burger one, both were excellent, so am really looking forward to this one.
