Hi there, There seems to be a lot of helpful advice on here hence joining. I'm looking currently to purchase a wood fired oven for a domestic garden, use wise I want to do longer slower cooking as well as pizza, Tuscan grills etc. I understand therefore that better insulation/heat retention is important??
I want a ready to go product as opposed to a full build ( I know most require some assembly) - I was looking at the Valorani Fornino al Fresco and wondered if this would suffice - does anyone rate the oven or what would be a good option or place to look for alternatives.
Thanks in advance and hello.

Around 2k and don't mind if placed on / in a fixed area or moveable like the Valoriani which is on a stand with wheels. Want a lasting bit of reliable kit that you could do slower things in as well as covering the basics obv a good pizza etc as well cheers

I posted this today.
I and some gyys from my work designed assembled and built it.
I have a Rocca 90 from Stone Bake (discontinued model) very pleased with it, had it 5 years.
Insulation is everything as well as location, mine is in a greenhouse and we use it year round.
We do cook pizza but a lot of roasts an other dishes.
If I were to move I would go for a 100 cm oven, in my mind a 76 is too small?
