Hi I'm investigating brick size and shape. It seems the popular size of refractory bricks is 230x114x64 and 230x114x76. My oven is to be 900mm diameter. So would people normally opt for one of those sizes and do they then cut them in half on the 230 side? Also is there a company that is a particularly good price. Thanks in advance for your help.

My tip- order more than you need and put the left overs on eBay because kiln linings will only deliver if over £200 or something. You can't even collect if you just need a few more bricks. Yet if you run out of bricks you will realise the high cost of buying just a few bricks locally.
Plus you have spares for any cuts that go wrong. I did, bit still managed to sell those bits off too.
Also, Kiln Linings are great and answered a load of questions for me before ordering. The order was also spot on.
