Hi everyone, I'm just starting a new 100cm diameter pizza oven project here in East Sussex. I'm going to try and build it on a sloped raised bed. The site is in the photo below. I'm planning to build the walls right up to the front of the existing brick wall but without any wood storage (we have a wood shed nearby). Looking forward to any tips and advice as the build progresses!
