Hi All, I'm organising a small event based around food and sustainability. It is next weekend 14-17th June at Crabapple Community near Shrewsbury. We are called Radical Bakers Gathering - and our Baker (who shall remain nameless...) has pulled out at the last moment! We have loads of different flours, catering surfaces and baking equipment, ovens including a large woodburning one and a newly built earth oven as well as an LPG catering oven. We also have a small mill and some wheat and rye grain. We are looking for someone to facilitate bread and cake baking sessions over the weekend. Preferably someone who knows about sourdough and heritage grain flours. We will be having a team bake-off on the sunday...
