There's lots of options, try browsing the build threads on here for a start. Size is important as large ovens require more fuel to get up to temp; many folk start off thinking they can do multiple pizza and so build a huge oven. The reality is they cook so quick it's hard to keep up with more than one so build a more modest oven to start with.

I am just at the beginning stages. basically i will lay my reinforeced concrete slab when the wheater gets better. I have the bricks for the foundation and managed to pick up 80 storage heater bricks today for the hearth and the dome. will post some phots tomorrow
