Back on here.. been a while.
Right new house new build..
I have a niced raised bed area which ive extended to accomodate a 7m long veranda supported by 8 pillars with sleepers above & some nice spanish slate i picked up for nothing.
intending to have full cook line under there so left to right will consist of; dutch oven tripod - smoker - tandori oven - BBQ - electric twin deck pizza oven (it was free but not as good as the real thing) -sink - wood fired oven.
this was the last one.

this time im intending to do an enclosed one with an open base.
So block U base where not seen & outer shell of brick the deck will be built using concrete fence posts with thermolite block on top.
Prob another paver hearth then pompeli dome with the entrance using an old extract hood..
Walls then built up & the roof frame made out of an old green house roof frame with added support to hold the tiles. This will all be filled with this lot of vermiculite I picked up from an old pub FOC of course lol

THe pizza oven will be at an angle at the very far end of this photo

1st question has anyone used cotswold stone bricks for the dome, I used london bricks cut in half for the last but im not sure of the make up of these as cant find anything on line & ive been offered loads.
Are they fired or cut (will they withstand the heat)?
I will use fire clay this time as the last i used a standrd mix without but with lime & was ok but had to repoint on occasions.
managed to pickup 3 x 25kg bags of fire clay for £9.99 each will this be enough?
looking for a door but they seem fairly expensive (about £70)
used a vermacrete render last time but dont think ill bother this time as the void will be loose filled.
Anyway suggestions/comments welcome
