Hey everybody! I already have a successful business that is growing all the time. I get antsy though and am always looking for my next project. My first business is near the point where I wont have to work in it any longer. I do have plenty of pizza experience but the world of food trucks seems pretty cut throat. I would definitely like to go wood burning. Classic Italian style. There is another truck already established that does New learning spanish online York style. Total population is around 2 million and I am in the midwest. I love projects and am moderately handy. I think I can convert a uhaul and build the oven for around 30k. Any food truck owners out there who can share some advice?

Jerry, as this forum is primarily UK based you may get a better response on Forno Bravo, which is closer to home. You are of course welcome to stay and share your experience/build/project as it'd be relatively rare in the UK.
