I'm not a lover of smartphone apps for app's sake, but I have just installed PizzApp+ and have to say it's pretty good; it takes the tedium of dough calculation away and, more importantly, gives an accurate figure for yeast quantity required.
It's free and available for both platforms - so definitely worth a try!
