I'm looking to upgrade from the very homemade WFO that I have at the mo. It was made from clay from the local pottery together with recycled materials. It's served its purpose very well for 5 or 6 years but is now a little tired and a bit too small.
I don't have time for a long winded build and have the money for a reasonably priced modular kit.
At the mo I'm looking at the kilnlinings Veneto superior. I can see that a few folks have these. What is your experience of using one of these? Would you buy again if the occasion arose and if not why? How could it be improved?
If anyone has any tried and tested recommendations for an alternative largish (900 - 1000mm interior) kit I would be very grateful.
Many thanks

Have a look at Pizza Oven Supplies. I have the 750 Milano and couldn’t be happier with it. A few others on here the same. I think they do 900mm and I think 1000mm and also complete ‘kits’ to build yourself. They’re quite involved but you could minimise the build by simplifying the base with a sleeper base or block and render. Likewise render the dome instead of brick. Search Milano 750 on here and you’ll find a few different builds including mine. www.pizzaovensupplies.co.uk/
