If I know that I've a pizza party with at least a day's notice, this has become my go to recipe, it's exceptional. Don't be put off by the minute amount of yeast, it works. For my 60th I made 80 dough balls and kept them in boxes in the fridge for 2 days beforehand and they were fine and we got about 60 pizzas through the oven in 3 hours. If I need a quick recipe, on the day, then I use the Jamie Oliver one but this is superior. Both freeze quite well wrapped in clingfilm.
