Hello all,
Finished our oven about a month ago (apart from final 'finish coat' )
It has been such a brilliant lockdown project!
Fired it three times so far. Cooking pizza's first, of course! Then roasted chicken, steaks, then breads and a pie together.
It's been phenomenal! Exceeding expectations!
We're a young(ish) family of four. Never made anything in cob before. We all loved it, kids especially getting mucky!
