nice, I think in general people are going back to basics with food. There is raised interest in organic foods, or at least traceable history of produce, especially rebelling against ready meals and chemical ladend supermarket vacum packed "meals". Farmers markets and other "rural" persuits are now more popular. It can only be a good thing, and welcome anyone with or considering such ovens to post on the forum and share your experience.
