I was close to buying the Ooni Koda pizza oven as reviews are good, I lack the skill set to build my own dome, and it seems like a 'relatively' cheap solution. I understand the idea is that it essentially gives you the same result as a woodfired pizza, however a friend said that this is not true (was in whatsapp so thats all I got). What could be talking about - smokeyness? I understand it gets to 500°C (932°F) so interms of the base and the cook/char it should be the same no? Or at least relatively the same?
