Has anyone come across these ovens? www.alfapizza.co.uk/products/Forno-5-Minuti-2.htmlThey appear to be of metal construction with a refractory tiled base. The video on the Italian site shows the oven in a bit more detail IMHO they look good and have the ability to be moved around the garden. However I am a little bit worried that the metal interior is a bit of a cheat and doesn't provide the same WFO 'experience' Cheers

they have been mentioned once before, and I think someone linked to a spa shop selling an oven like that for just under £2k in a sale.
Their site also shows lots of more traditional pizza ovens and bbq's some of which are joined into a dual cooking station which seem nice, but I have not found a full distributor who shows the prices.

If I left my Pizzas in the oven as long as they were in there for they would be black!. He didn't turn them either so I am not convinced about it as an alternative type of oven.

Why don't you ask someone here to build you an oven to your own spec, There are some very cheap ovens on ebay but to be honest they seem too cheap. My oven has used aprox 550 kgs of refractory, 400 litres of vermiculite 100kgs of cement 1.5m of 8" flue 1 8" cowl and 7m of 1" ceramic blanket, Then there is all the cosmetic stuff and stand, Price this up and you can see they shouldn't be that cheap, though the sellers claim a good spec.
