I always love pizza, I took a cuisine course at Sydney and my first job in the early days was at a small italian restaurant, it fits for 40 pax. we always have people lined up for lunch service. They make their own pasta dough and it's beautiful.. I think this what gets me into Italian cuisine..
Things changed a lot since then, i wasn't in the f&b industry and the business went bad since covid, and now I'm trying to re-start my life. I have a plan to start a small home pizza shop..
I'm planning to build a simple brick stacking oven and I need experienced advices on what's the most appropriate materials to use for this particular DIY oven..
