Hi All I hope this is the forum to get some advice on a commercial project I would like to undertake. I am looking to get recommendations for a builder of traditional style wood-fired bakery ovens such as the Gueulard oven at Bettys craft bakery Harrogate ( www.armstrongbrickovens.co.uk/commercial_bread_ovens.html ) or better still the Pizza oven at De Superetta in Gent ( www.de-superette.be/restaurant ). I was looking to get in contact with Alf Armstrong but it looks as though he may have retired? Any help or pointing in the right direction would be great! Alex
