Any guidance of installing a pizza oven near to a shed. Has anyone used a spark arrestor?
thanks

A well built oven operating efficiently wont be producing sparks or even smoke! The fire is contained inside the oven, perhaps a badly designed oven with a short chimney might shoot out some sparks ?

Wet wood will also contribute towards sparks.

An oven with the flue inside the chamber (updraft) can emit some sparks and should be fitted with a spark arrestor. Ovens with the flue separated from the chamber (cross draft) do not emit sparks. Siting the oven as close to your kitchen (and beer fridge) as possible is a good idea, it may look pretty at the back of your garden but is less practical in use.
