As you’ve listed one that is smaller than 1000mm I’ll chuck in a recommendation for Pizza Oven Supplies. They do a 900mm internal kit. Fantastic value product and brilliant back-up and advice when you need it. Won’t be as ‘crisp’ looking as some of those others (you’re covering it up anyway), but well worth a look. There’s a few of their smaller Milano 750 builds on this forum including two of mine so plenty of info for you to have a look at.

Thanks,
I’m more interested in your recommendations from your experience and what to look for in a modular WFO, as I said I’m more interested in the 100cm diameter ones.
Thanks for adding to the list.

I’m afraid then that you’re unlikely to get what you need here. This forum is pretty slow in terms of footfall in my experience and you have only a limited number of voices who are active on here regularly. As such it’s a bit of an echo chamber. You’re unlikely to find anyone with a broad range of experience of multiple modular ovens. You’ll be better off googling reviews of the ovens in question or if you want a more up to date ‘live’ opinion of multiple ovens then join one of the many wood fired oven Facebook groups.
Good luck with it.

Thank you very much.
How good is LineaVZ in terms of quality? I called the supplier and a lady answered, but she was very brief and kept saying it is very good, she was not able to answer my questions about heat retaining capacity for how long etc, she was very polite but her knowledge about the oven is possibly limited. The good thing is that it is available so I do not have to wait. There is a discrepancy between the weight of th oven on the website and on the description PDF. The PDF weight is lighter by at least 60-70kg if I remember. I use this as a measure of heat retention capacity. Even when I went to the Italian website, it’s the same problem.
The Sunday Grill Volta supplier, he has good knowledge about the product, but they will only place an order to ship from Italy only one puts an order in. So they do not stock them here in the UK. There is about 5 weeks waiting at least!
The Forno/American oven, it turns out it costs at least £700 to ship, plus will have to add VAT and costumes, so I would expect a total costs of may be £5000 minimum.
The Other Italian oven (£7k), I feel is too over priced for no reason really.

The ovens quality was ok but, not amazing however I can only judge against my own castings ! I was building my own 32” oven for several years but my molds finally became beyond repair.
LineaVZ seem to be a long term established company and the oven did go together ok although not perfect as the landing floor did not quite match the oven floor thickness, the joints all overlaped but not perfectly. The first one I put together was built to a high spec and is capable of holding heat from max temperature back to ambient temperature in four days and that is with only around 275 kg of mass.
The second one was put together with a smaller budget and in a more standard igloo style with far less insulation but the customer is very happy with its performance as far as I know.
The truth is these are not top of the range ovens, the outer side of the casting is not finished very well, the aggregate used seems to contain various size and colour grains and the floor is not interlocking but they do go together ok with a bit of persuasion !
The ovens that I built to my own design used high quality refractory mix with added stainless steel needles and nylon burn out fibres, they were produced inside a multi part mold and came out as a smooth precision componants!
I have not had any experience with any other pre cast ovens so it is differcult to judge how Linea compare with other manafactures ... the old adage 'you get what you pay for'.... probably applies.
