Has anyone had any experiences of cooking Yorkshire puddings in a WFO?

Cant see any issues with doing this, just keep the tray near the entrance and use a infrared thermometer gun to check temps. I do this for burgers if people are wanting pizza and meat (and I can be bothered to fire up the bbq!)

Yes - no probs - if you cook it in a regular oven you can cook it in a WFO. Lasagne, quiches etc

I did yorkshire puds in my WFO for Christmas dinner last year, along with 2 joints of meat and roast spuds and veggies. Turned out very well indeed
