Now the oven is finally finished, we decided we'd take advantage. So pizzas were the order of the day for our evening meal - see what you think - they were awesome with some ground black pepper and grated parmesan.. Attachments:

Interesting crusts on the pizza, how did you get the sides to stay up like that? Our pizza have a more random shape to them :-)

Mark S - Got the peel off eBay for £14.00 plus delivery, not a bad deal, it works better than my steel one.
Dougclay - I use a pizza tray after rolling the dough. After 30 secs in the oven I pull the pizza out, transfer the pizza from the tray to the peel and put it back into the oven, hence the sides
Turkey - yeah and the 4th P - pleasure ;D
