My "assistant" Maggie ans I decided to make the spicy ribs from the Wood-Fired Cookbook that David and Holly Jones did msuch a great job with, it's my new favorite read The ribs weren't as spicy as I hoped, but we will fix that next time. The flavor profile was fantastic though! We also made the baked beans on the same page, but I sweetened them up just a bit with some brown sugar. I neglected to take a photo, but they were quite good. Terry-I hope I reduced these pictures, do they look better? ~Bill

.....a complement from a "smoker"......is something I'd like !!!
Those ribs look great....first time round....and you want to make them better!!!.......give me a shout if the next batch of ribs are not to your liking.....I'll help you eat anything that you're not happy with.

Thanks all for the compliments! It gives me confidence to plug on! ;D We are working on breads and hopefully we will have some to show soon. The weather here has been perfect for the oven so far this summer!
