had fun this weekend firing up the new Bert ( after major cosmetic surgery !!) knocked up some Sardinian Music sheet bread which are fab for mopping up dips etc and great fun to make !! good recipe on www.dvo.com. also made Jamies squished chickpea flatbreads and messed about with different flavourings. I found turning them a bit fiddly so am experimenting this evening with making chappattis in my barbecook steak broiler I thought wedging the bread between two grills might make for an easier flip.
