Hi! I've always wanted an oven but could never afford one. Now Jamie's Dome 60 has become available and arrives next Wed. I can't wait!

Thanks everyone.
Yes, I did pay the £ 1100 for it - they were extremely helpful on the phone with all of the questions that I had. It arrived yesterday, but the igloo is 200kg (!) so I need to wait for the weekend until some friends come over to help me put on the stand, after which I can let you know how it goes.

haha, yes it will be mighty heavy. keep your toes and pets clear during the lifting. Good luck with the labour, hopefully they will work willingly for pizza and beer

.. Newbie .. Its not the same buying a factory built oven .. You'll never feel teh same as if you had built your own .. I've almost completed my very first 4' commercial oven .. it's taken approx 400 hours including all the necessary rendering and rebuilding walls in The Robin Hood Pub in High Street in Boston in Lincolnshire .. It is one massive project .. picture will be on here as and when it is completly finished and up and running .. Good Luck & God Bless All You Self Builds .. ! ! ! !

Robin - what beers are you putting on to compliment your pizzas?

nasty looking pizza on youtube, burnt and he cooked in the ashes and it just looked inedible.
I love my own hand built and i also love my pizza party oven which was factory made. I dont like jamie but this oven looks great and i know you will make better pizzas with practice.
£1100 a bit expensive for me considering what is actually is made of but you only live once so live the best you can.
enjoy
