I know alot of you cook all year round in your WFO but my gardens the type which is lovely in summer but a mud bath in winter lol. Anyway fired up the oven on sat for some final pizzas. Went for simple this time, mainly just different types of cheeses and some salami with oregano infused dough. Oops bit too hot, my first test bread vaporised!

I am planning on doing Xmas dinner in mine, as long as there isn't torrential rain So I guess I have a few more months left in mine. My garden also turns into a mud bath when it is wet, but fortunately the oven is on my patio so no need to trample over the grass

Still bloomin' 40c here in SW France. Cooking outside keeps the house cooler.

Thanks for the nice comments!, I keep the recipe simple.
650g Strong White Bread Flour 1tsp Salt Pinch Sugar 350ml Warm water mixed with 2tsp dried yeast (and leave for 10min) Some dried herb mix About 4 tbsp EV Olive Oil.
I just put all dry ingredients (mix) then Oil in bowl, then add water and I dont stir, just move the mix back and forth with a wooden spoon until its ready to knead.
