Check out these Dirty bone in Ribeyes I cooked last week, dirty, as in straight on the coals. Mind blowingly good they were. 4 week dry aged from Dexter cattle. A little BBQ rub and onto the coals. Medium rare.....awesome! Cheers Marcus
