Hello from sunny Cyprus (I wish)

Hi all, Have been a long-time lurker on this forum and am just starting a 36 Pompeii oven.

Unfortunately, I'm not in Cyprus - I'm in the suburbs of North London... But I am trying to build a little corner of the Mediterranean here in my back yard and the new Pompeii is intended as my centre-piece.

Thanks for all the advice so far - you guys have really helped clear a few things up for me already!
