Hi All, had an absolutely great day yesterday on a 1 Day Artisan baking course at the School of Artisan Food at Wellbeck near Nottingham. My lovely wife booked the day course for both of us as part of my 50th Birthday present. The course was run by Emmanuel Hadrianjeou , whose book "How to Make Bread" is also a really great read with some fantastic recipes including lots of sourdoughs and pastries as well as gluten-free and standard yeast recipes. I'd been using some of the recipes from the book since my kids bought it for fathers day earlier in the year. Anyway, I can highly recommend the day course - even if you have some bread making experience. The tips and techniques were so simple but so effective that we came away with some great loaves - six in all ! Definitely worth a go... Cheers Pete
