Had a lovely BBq today . Decided to BBQ for two reasons one to test some Sustainable Charcoal locally sourced in Ireland and another as you guessed for lunch. Wasn't a great day as was 4,5 degrees c but with the wind chill i think it was closed to 0 c . Weather forecast predicted snow also but nothing till now yet I got my hands on some local Lough Derg Charcoal. It was pretty impressive and lovely and hot burning . Considering it was a wild windy ay the stuff faired well i think and some lovely glow of it . Please see pics and also commnets on meat . yes it was a lovely meal and enjoyed it www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.380130782083173.85690.319602378136014&type=3
