Hi there webbaldo here, just changed id to match my others. Anyway had nothing in the house on sat so decided to try minesamojito's foccacia recipe on his website. I didnt have sea salt or rosemary, so instead I give you Webb's Foccacia with Mixed dried herbs and Table Salt! Still tasted well nice, thanks for recipe!

Nice looking attempt. I think what makes foccacia special is the herbs , salt and olive oil sprinkled on the top. I've tried foccacia a few times (last attempt was from Paul Hollywood recipe) but can never get those different sized air holes as he gets.....I might give Marcus's recipe a go on the weekend.....I do love the stuff that man creates.

Just had a go myself using the addition of mashed sweet potato and the gary rhodes/crazy chef recipe ..... rather good it was too ( I ate the 1/2 with the onions on !) Attachments:

would that be Mr crazy hat man? I did like the look of his recipe, although can't work out how bread will taste with potato in it, but all my man instincts tells me more carbs cannot be wrong

Yep the crazy hat chef To be honest I mashed the sweet potato very fine so it didnt affect the texture but it did sweeten the bread.....more carbs = always good
