Just did , I need a lid because I use it as an oven when camping , think I will stick with my Cobb and when I put my wok on its virtually the same as ums!

Cadac's are brilliant! We have had one for 6 or 7 years, it has been the main way of cooking when we let the Bert out in the summer. Got one with all the griddles and then I found a paella pan to use on it too! You can roast a chicken according to our neighbours, but we've never done it. Thumbs up from me!

thats why i like the Carri chef becuase it has a lid also to put over the food being cooked being it pizza, grilling on the grid ,paella pan , griddle plate or skottle or roasting pan. minesamojito I never seen them before Son of Hibachi have you used one But like I always say you can not have enough barbeques . YOu need at least a gas bbq , charcoal bbq kettle type , Open fire charcoal and then one or two type portable gas outside general camping/ transportable equipment that can be taken everywhere . Man isnt it great al this
