Our second pizza turned out great and tasted good too! The recipe used was: 400g Strong bread flour 14g fast action dried yeast 280ml warm water 1 large pinch of salt Add yeast to flour and salt and mix thoroughly. Make a well in centre and gradually add water incorporating all ingedients until a sticky dough forms. Turn out onto a well floured surface and nead for 10-15 minutes until an smooth elastic dough is formed. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with clingfilm for at least an hour. ( Mine was left all day) Turn dough out onto floured surface, portions ( this made 6), roll into balls and leave on an oiled tray until ready to roll out and top with your favourite ingredients. Give it a try, let me know how you get on. Have a nice Pizza Read more: ukwoodfiredovenforum.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=introduction&action=display&thread=1238&page=5#ixzz2aeD5RIm4
