I like the roof design....It doesn't look too complicated but it does look perfect in design. (I might pinch your design on my next Cob build....if you don't mind)
You may well have used the Wood-fired oven by now?.......any pics?....or are you waiting for the 24th Dec to squeeze an oversized turkey through the entrance and slow cook it overnight ready for Xmas day?
