That looks beautiful looks like you got a great smoke flavour there the salmon has really took the smoke colour from the board I've used these boards a few times on a bbq there great things I've got 2 ready for when I finally finish my oven after seeing this it will deffo be salmon on them il try your glaze too I like a bit of whiskey
