We walked on the top of the arch yesterday from the sides up and it holds the weight of a man and hopefully more. Still need to do the back wall . Work top in middle and WFo will be on right . It will be a few months before wfo gets started so just put granite tops on to tidy and increase shelter for wood to be stored Attachments:

Pistol pete ,River Girl . Thanx Ye well hope long before Xmass but you have to have some deadline also.
It will take a while for full completion as corrugated /plastic roof is also on the cards re the 6 brackets spread out over the place. The reason for the plastic see trhu corrugated roof is to let in as much light as if there wasnt a roof but to be used for all seasons . Cosmetically there is still a lot to do and busy putting lights (wiring) into the bbq build so to see meat etc when night time cooking. But also for general lights and ambiance > There will also be electric for other things re fridge under counter for beers wine, keeping cream fresh re Irish coffee etc .
Pistol pete had a look at link in your signature. Do you sell those knives? They are so me great kit!
There is a lot of people here on this forum with special talents in their own right . Saw one of your blogs/webpages also RIVERGIRL .

Umhloti........I think we have been blessed with some kind weather for the near future. Hopefully you can make some progress on your outdoor grill station.
Your initial planning looked good and I love the actual progress to date.
Fingers crossed for kind weather for you......and many others who are "in progress"

Yep thats my kitchen knife site Glad you like them, they are beauties. PM me and I'll sort you out a discount code if you fancy anytyhing. That goes for any forum members by the way, a little pay back for all the great help on here so far. I should really add my build log link into my footer too. "Lights to see the meat whilst cooking", that made me chuckle, that is a proper job! Pete
