What is your minimum spend?
What is the pallet delivery charge?
And do the prices on your site include VAT?

I do come on the forum from time to time, I would be pleased to assist.
The prices are + V.A.T
We charge £69 for up to and including 1000kg and then extra for every 1000kg after that to anywhere in the UK mainland. You are welcome to collect should you wish?
Once items are added to the on-line shopping Cart you can click into the shopping basket where you can view an estimated shipping cost and current weight of goods in the basket.
We have a minimum spend of £200+VAT

EDIT: Ignore me... just realised the extra 10% is for the modular ovens you sell. Was trying to figure out why I wasn't seeing the extra 10% on the fire bricks et.al. I was ordering  |

The members 10% discount applies to everything available for order on our website not just the wood ovens. The code is entered upon checkout to receive the discount so long as the minimum spend of £750+VAT per order is met!

Hi Everyone on the forum, I just wanted to clarify as per our companies terms and conditions that the 10% good will discount on orders over £750+VAT continues to be available on goods only (not delivery) to UK Wood oven forum members (Though we reserve the right to withdraw this above offer at any time and without notice). The discount "must" be used by applying the relevant discount code KLWOF10 upon on-line checkout. If the code isn't entered upon on-line checkout at www.kilnlinings.co.uk at the time of order/payment, then no discount will be applied or given retrospectively by us at a later time/date! So to clarify the voucher code must be used upon on-line checkout and is valid only at the time of order on orders over £750+VAT , please don't miss out! There does not appear to be a telephone number on their website.
Does any body have a telephone number?
Are they still giving the 10% discount to forum members?
